Aqua Swimsuits Shipping Policy
Shipping Fees
For orders under $100, standard shipping is $8.00 for the contiguous U.S. only.
For orders over $100, standard shipping is free for the contiguous U.S. only.
Important Note Regarding Free Shipping
If a return is initiated and the refund causes the total purchase value to fall below $100, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free pickup is available at our store during regular store hours or at the curbside. To avoid a restocking fee, returns may be brought to the store.

Aqua Swimsuits Return Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and liners intact. To ensure swimwear remains eligible for return, customers must wear underwear when trying on items.
Returns are accepted at the discretion of aquaswimsuits.com. Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Aqua Swimsuits reserves the right to refuse any return showing signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. Both in-store and shipped returns must meet the same eligibility requirements for condition, tags, liners, and hygienic standards.
Original and return shipping fees will not be credited back.
Returns must be in transit to our location within 14 days of receipt.
Customers may choose their own shipping method for returns or purchase a return label for $8.
Returns brought to the store within 2 days are eligible for a waiver of the restocking fee. All other returns, including those shipped back within 14 days, are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
